”Very clean property from the casino floor to the room, the room was very clean almost spotless”

”Close to interstate- super friendly staff. Noisy hallways at 1 am, and parking lot is shared with other businesses which was a bit weird. Breakfast was solid. Overall, a good stay and good vibe.”

”I have stayed at this Hotel many times under Comfort Suites, it was amazing. Right now, they are going through changes, with exterior renovations and Hotel name change. So, the hotel is not like the past, they need to work in making sure that the rooms are cleaned and staff know what to do. I do look forward in staying here again once all the changes are done, hoping that the hotel will be like it was in the past.”

”We had a king suite. The room was a good size with small microwave and refrigerator. The room smelled really musty. The bathroom tiles were falling apart. The bed was comfortable . For the price it was ok.”

”Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet...

”The room was large and comfortable, with a refrigerator and microwave as well as a TV with a wide variety of channels. The bathroom had a night-light so we didn't have to deal with the glare of overhead lights during the night. I especially appreciated that the excellent breakfast bar included gluten-free bagels without even having to request them! The breakfast room was large and sunny with plenty of tables.”

”Staff was great and helpful. The actual room was terrible and dirty. I don't think it was really the staff's fault. Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here.”

”I stayed one night week of June 10th and one night week of June 15 - 2nd experience was not as good as the first. The first floor room was excellent - quiet - comfortable bed and AC was great on a very hot day. Second stay was good but not great - bed was no where near as comfortable and was very creaky every time i moved - wasn’t as supportive. ”Very horrible do not recommend unless desperate. Cancelled my paid reservation without notice. Denied upon arrival Saying they have no rooms even with a paid reservation. Hotel front desk very rude, didn’t care at all told me it’s not his problem, to make a refund claim with expedia. Hotel over booked and lied to expedia refund claims Saying they were never over booked and I never showed up. Left me in their parking lot without a room for the night. They are shady Crooks”

”They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.”
