”I will NEVER stay ANYWHERE in Syracuse other than this amazing hotel. It’s rated very high and it met and exceeded ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS! The staff was professional and competent. It was refreshing to not have a person that was dumb or common sense challenged. The room was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable. So comfortable we decided to stay in our room. This place was sold out Saturday night and now, I clearly know why!”

No cookware to use on the cooktop. Unfortunately, noisy hotel guests can be heard very clearly through the walls. We had the ADA accessible room which was mostly accessible, with a few obvious issues: cupboard doors block access to kitchen sink, provided soap dispensers inaccessible to person using shower bench,...

”The Staybridge in Liverpool has very large rooms, AC worked great and was very clean. We were there for a concert across the lake and the staff was very helpful with our questions. The breakfast was great (eggs, meat, waffle maker, yogurt, juices, coffee, bagels and more)”
