”I will NEVER stay ANYWHERE in Syracuse other than this amazing hotel. It’s rated very high and it met and exceeded ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS! The staff was professional and competent. It was refreshing to not have a person that was dumb or common sense challenged. The room was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable. So comfortable we decided to stay in our room. This place was sold out Saturday night and now, I clearly know why!”

”Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor.
