”Awesome service ”

”Great old Hotel. Feels like a castle..Renovated with respect to the old building and style. Clean, big rooms. Near shopping center (accross the street) and Metro stop (400m or so) to reach the city center. Enjoyed my stay a lot!”

”Hieno paikka, moderni tilava huone kolmelle. Hotelli on kiinni kadussa, joten liikenteen äänet hieman häiritsevät aamulla. Sängyt olivat mukavia, tyynyt olisivat voineet olla pehmeämpiä. Aamiainen erinomainen, samoin hotellin ravintola. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista.”

”We stayed seven nights in Pallazo del Vice Re. This place is just wonderful. Really nice and spacious rooms all decorated differently (we had chance to see few of them). Breakfast was delicious and the staff… what can I say. I give them 10/10. Hotel is only 10km from Bellagio if you want to visit there. It’s great base if you want to explore Lake Como’s other beautiful cities. There is exellent restaurants close to hotel. For example Aurora that serves great food and the view from terracce is...

”Hotel has excellent location just next to center of Como shopping streets and by the lake. Views are nice, you can hear the traffic but it is not disturbing. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and beds are good. Breakfast is one of the best I've seen- limited amount of items but superb quality, good special coffees available, fresh berries, high end yoghurt, fresh bread and croissants etc.... You get always parking spot either in the yard or garage, convenient to travel...

”Luksusluokan uusi hotelli, jonka perushuonekin oli mukava, tosin näkymä huoneesta ei ollut kaksinen. Perushyvä, mutta ei mikään erikoinen aamupala. Kattoterassi upea, mutta kalliit juomat ja ruuat. Infinity-pool ja poreallas myös hienot, hyvällä säällä auringonottoon sopiva paikka. Altaille tarjoillut juomat myös kalliita, mutta odotettavaa tämmöisessä hotellissa. Käyttökelpoinen kuntosali ja keskustaan kävelymatka viihtyisää rannassa menevää kävelykatua pitkin.”

”The place was amazing. Rooms are personal (unique boitique style) and very clean. The service was amazing, they were all so helpful. Very nice breakfast. It is located next to the funicular, and very close to the old town. We got to store our luggages while we stayed in the city. Would definitely stay there again.”
