”Beautiful hotel with perfect five-star quality, personalised service. I don't believe I've ever experienced service on this level before. When we left the hotel, we had a 5:30 AM wake-up call. In addition to getting a personalised breakfast at that hour, the staff packed a lunchbox for us to take with us, as they knew we were traveling to Santorini. ”The Casa dei Delfini is a credit to the owners, who have restored their two buildings with care and sensitivity for their historical roots. They have brought light into the buildings, while preserving their authenticity. Our hosts made the first contact with us, and responded to our messages quickly. Konstantinos was kind and informative, and his mother was fantastic in her enthusiasm for the restoration and care of the buildings. We had the generous and tasty breakfast one day and recommend it....

We should have booked the hotel for our whole trip, it was very nice and staff (owner's son) was extremely helpful with everything and made us feel more welcomed than we never felt before in any other hotel.
