We paid for parking in an offsite garage which was a little walk away but doable. Staff are very friendly and helpful once you arrive. I had trouble communicating before arriving. Lovely hotel with great location in Arco - which is only cycling away from Riva del Garda. (I would rather stay here than in Riva. Arco is lovely and peacefull small town) Right by the stunning Rock and the castle you can easily hike from the corner of the hotel as a start for your hiking experiments in Garda.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There was even a goodie/snack bag given to us at checkout with apples and waterbottles. I hope that we would have been informed that the minibar was also included (with water).
