”The location right at the lake is amazing and the view from hotel room balcony magnificent. Overall service by the staff was good and everything worked smoothly. The only downside is the high (Swiss) prices at hotel restaurants and bars. Apart from that this hotel really become one of our favorites.”

We arrived from Milan a lot earlier than the check in window, and they offered to hold our bags, gave us an tour of all of the amenities the hotel had to offer, and give us a complimentary car to drive ourselves to the city center while we waited for our room. "Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Loistava aamupala, mukava henkilökunta, täysin uusi huone ja hieno näkymä järvelle. Ainoa miinus oli vaikeus löytää pysäköinti mutta tämä johtui siitä etten lukenut hotellin lähettämää viestiä."
