Mediterranean vacation homes by the sea in a quiet location, with garden & barbecue

We have built our beautiful "Sa Fiorida" vacation homes in the Mediterranean style. They are situated in a quiet location within the village of La Ciaccia (Valledoria), not far from shops, restaurants, bars, and more... <br><br>Summer vacations are also available during Pentecost and in October (air temperature: 20–27°C and water temperature: 20–23°C)<br><br>The houses feature imaginative architecture. The spaces are comfortable, fully furnished, and ideal for families. All accommodations feature a TV, a private garden, and—almost all of them—a rooftop terrace with a sea view. <br><br>The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining (pots, frying pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.). If anything is missing or broken, we can add or replace it at any time. An iron is also available.<br><br>All beds are equipped with pillows and blankets. Bed linens and towels can be rented from us for a fee.<br><br>The beach is located 200-400 meters away.<br><br>Our family is always available to assist our guests. We want to help our guests experience the authentic Sardinia. That’s why we organize excursions into the countryside, boat trips, and traditional Sardinian dinners at a local farm (away from the usual tourist crowds).<br><br>Until mid-June and from mid-September onward, daily check-in and check-out are possible, subject to availability.<br><br>Special features: We also have a large reception area and lounge with internet (Wi-Fi) in town. In addition, we provide our guests with a free, multi-page travel guide that we’ve created ourselves. It includes numerous insider tips and an up-to-date calendar of events.<br><br>We’re always available to assist our guests—even with personal matters (such as translation assistance for car repairs, doctor’s visits, etc.).<br><br>What sets our service and the location of our accommodations apart?<br><br>(1) We offer professional service in a family-friendly atmosphere. We’re available to our guests even outside of office hours (including at night)!<br>(2) Bike rental: We rent bikes (including children’s bikes) to our guests on-site<br>(3) Late-night check-in available!!<br>(4) Ideal vacation spot for families: Quiet location, plenty of open spaces and meadows for playing, little traffic, short walk to the local sandy beach, numerous sports activities, ......<br>(5) A large and cozy reception area with many services is available on-site: Wi-Fi (internet can also be used outside of office hours), satellite TV, all kinds of tourist information, a play area for children, a library, table tennis, cricket, badminton, …<br>(6) Minclub for children ages 4–10<br>(7) Breakfast service: We also offer our guests a breakfast service at our reception desk.<br>(8) In the Sa Fiorida vacation home area: soccer field, volleyball court, and bocce courts. These facilities are available to all our guests at any time, free of charge.<br>(9) Just 200-400 meters away is a 15-kilometer-long sandy beach, one of the largest in northern Sardinia—plenty of space to run around and relax<br> (10) We also offer numerous bike tours (including guided tours ranging from 20 to 100 km) for all ages and skill levels, and we rent out bicycles. We also have our own bike repair shop.<br>(11) Numerous outdoor sports activities (year-round): sailing school and equipment rental, surfing and diving school, SUP, kitesurfing, canoe excursions and rentals, and boat trips on the Coghinas River<br>(12) Local shops, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, bars, a bakery, a church, and a playground are all just a short walk away.
