”The room was in good condition and very spacious. The staff was responsive, but unfortunately my room did not look like it was cleaned thoroughly. The bed looked like it was thrown together and definitely looked and smelled like they were reused and not changed before I arrived. The floor was definitely not vacuumed as there was crumbs, hair, and sunflowers seeds all over the place. There was food left in the fridge I’m assuming from guests before me and some of the dishes were not cleaned...

”The basics that didn’t work and I would have over looked if we didn’t have the final straw: no heat on a 17 degree night. They offered for us to go pay for another expensive place to move and refund us for that much. We ended up having to move because it wasn’t safe for our children to be in those temperatures. It took over 3/4 hours to pack up alone (not to mention the unpacking/moving the car etc) and moving in the sub freezing temperatures with children. They said they couldn’t help us move....
