Welcome to this freshly designed bright ground-level 2 bedroom home nestled in the heart of Hastings Sunrise, Vancouver.

✓ 6 mins to Commercial Drive.
✓ 3 mins to the major highway (Convenient for day trips outside the city).

You’ll have your own private entrance and outdoor space. Inside, there’s a full bathroom and a kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and a kettle. This place is fabulous! Check-in was a breeze, the beds were so comfortable, wonderful rain shower head in the bathroom, decor is tasteful and the kitchen well-equipped. Great location with many shops and restaurants in close proximity. Walking distance to Playland rides. Covered patio with furniture. Was nice to sit outside in the evening. Very clean. Lovely host. Fast communication. Highly recommend.

Great location for what we came to the city for. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the PNE and a very cheap Uber ride to downtown. The place was very clean and easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in Vancouver.

Enjoyable stay

Kirk was a helpful and responsive host, and the suite had everything we needed. I wanted a place to stay that allowed us to easily get downtown, travel north to Squamish, and head to the ferry to see Vancouver Island - and Kirk's place was great for all of our plans.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood

This property is very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It’s in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with easy access to many attractions Vancouver has to offer. Whether you drive or opt to use public transportation, getting around is very doable. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great place to discover Vancouver

We stayed at Kirk’s place for 3 nights at the beginning of our Canada trip. The place was very nice with enough space for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was great to discover Vancouver. Just about 20 minutes by bus to city center. We can definitely recommend this place for a stay in Vancouver.

Couldn’t ask for better

This cute, super clean, and cozy two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay while visiting our son and exploring the Vancouver area. It had everything we needed and was within walking distance to Tim Hortons, Shoppers, and several charming restaurants. Downtown was just a short drive away, making the location very convenient.My husband even took advantage of the Lime E-Scooter rental station just around the corner to explore the neighborhood, which was a fun bonus! The only thing we missed was a toaster—but it wasn’t a big deal.Big thanks to our host, Kirk! We’re hoping this lovely place will be available again for our next visit.
