Noise control for outside is from 8PM to 8AM. Noise after 8PM May be reported to local police.
Pets allowed in house but they are not allowed in sofa, carpet, beds. Smoking is not allowed in house. Outside has to be away from window at least 10m
Kids and adults at won’t allow to stump, running on main floor after 8PM. Speaking Loud noise inside after 10PM has to be limited.

Phi was a tremendous help in making our stay comfortable and helped us navigate the city. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked. Comfy beds! Modern and upgraded kitchen & baths. Could not have asked for a better stay.

The host was very responsive and helpful. We requested an extra day a week prior to our travel dates and the host was able to accommodate. The location was about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver with traffic. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, the only drawback about the location was having to drive through the bad part of town with lots of homeless on E. Hastings. The house was just like the photos, very modern and clean. The Pack and Play mattress was broken.

Host was very easy to deal with and excellent communication! House was new and very clean. Washer/dryer combo a little confusing, but manual that was left helped. Only comment I would make is there were 8 of us and downstairs pullout bed was difficult to sleep on. Accomidations better suited for 6 people with the 3 upstairs bedrooms.Thank you Phi!

We were 6 adults, headed for a cruise to Alaska. We were a distance fr downtown and took Lyft which was way cheaper than renting a car.We had not anticipated the stairs, in and outside. Made it challenging for a couple of us with luggage but we managed. Well stocked and clean.

Great space!

This clean modern house was perfect for our group of 6. It has a beautiful kitchen and all necessary amenities. We spent a couple of days enjoying Vancouver before leaving on a cruise and the location was quite central to the places we visited in the city. Beds were comfortable. The only caveat would be for those who have difficulty with stairs; there are several steps up into the house and all the bedrooms are upstairs.

Great location and perfect for a group!

Very clean, great location to airport and cruise terminal, kids loved the amusement park within walking distance. Host was helpful and got back very quickly with any questions we had. Great for family with multiple grandparents!

Great house!

This was a great location and property. The house was very comfortable and accommodating for 6 adults. The living space and kitchen were spacious and well furnished. The only thing we needed was simple directions for the washer/dryer combo. None of us were familiar with how to operate and did not have. time to read the book! Thyis was a great house!

Amazing host/property!

I stayed with 7 friends for my birthday and Phi's spot was exactly what we needed. It was beautiful and sleek, in a great location, and very clean. Phi was very responsive to communication. I'd love to stay there again.

Very Dishonest!

They advertised that they had an EV charger and a bidet but they did not. We asked about the charger but we didn't get a reply till after we checked out. They said all rooms had queen (60") beds, but one had 2 full size beds. A comforter had red stains (blood?) on it. (We have photos) The fireplace was decorative. All the windows were unlocked when we arrived. Fortunately we checked them before we left our belongings there.

Cozy & Modern

It was a beautiful home - close to downtown Vancouver, about a 15 mins drive. We were able to fit all 9 adults and a small dog in the home. It was nice to have garage space for our car as we were driving from the USA on a road trip. The kitchen was well-stocked with the essentials and there was a washer/dryer unit available, however it was a bit too high tech for some of the older folks in our family to use. Overall, would highly recommend this home for big groups.

Great stay for Vancouver Sightseeing

Property was a cheap can from the cruise terminal, and a reasonable one to the airport upon departure. Very clean, and easy check in. There were more stairs than we would have preferred, but no promise was made in the listing of one level living. Also, the backyard is shared with rental tenants, which is a practice we are not accustomed to with a VRBO. Furniture is very new and modern, but there were some sharp edges. Very nice and reasonable when compared to Vancouver hotel rates.
