”I was charged twice!!! I booked and paid through Expedia. Upon arrival I had to show a credit card, pretty normal procedure do I did. There was a really rude woman working I could barely hear through the plastic divider. I asked her to speak up please which angered her more. My credit card was charged an additional night and parking fee. I called the hotel to question it. They said it would fall off in 3 business days. Well it’s been 6 days now. I called again and now I have to wait...

”I picked Pear Tree because it was so close to the airport for a quick overnight stay and that they had a shuttle. As a solo woman traveler i wanted to be sure i could be picked up by the hotel. On arrival i was greeted by the super nice desk clerk. When going to my room there was some cleaning product that had leaked onto the floor and the desk clerk quickly remedied the issue and gave me another room. The room was clean, the sheets were awesome, bed was very comfortable and the room was...

”Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spotless clean. My only gripe is that the hallways and rooms are dark, and my room was very dank. Bedside lamp was broken and just overall the room was sorta depressing. The rooms are in need of a facelift. Location was great. Ultimately will stay somewhere newer and brighter next time though for the same price.”

”Breakfast was not the greatest. Sausage patties whose edges were over microwaved. Diced potatoes was almost out. Omelettes were out. Apple juice ran out. Worker need to check and restock more often. It was only 8:30am. Worker only returned chairs to table but not bother to clean trash from table. Unimpressive. Everything else about the hotel was great. Probably should have walked over to connected Hilton for breakfast.”

”Beautiful hotel and spectacular outdoor area. Just wish the staff was friendly. With my few interactions, I was either made to feel as I was a big inconvenience or bothering them, or questions were answered as if I should already know the answer. However, I know everyone can have a bad day, although I feel like I meant all of their staff on their bad day. I would stay there again.”
