Villa La Passione offers privacy, relaxation, wellness and experiences. Perfectly inserted in the countryside of the Ascoli Piceno hills a few km from the Adriatico sea and the Sibillini Mountains, surrounded by an olive grove where you can walk and large green spaces where you can play outdoor sports. Our structure has two flats with indipendents entrances, each one have its own dining room and fully equipped kitchens; double bedrooms and private bathrooms. All rooms of the structure have air conditioning, with the possibility of adjusting the temperature in each room. The property is complete with every comfort such as terraces and access to all outdoor areas including the swimming pool (12m x 6m). We also offer a private covered car park, and thanks to our renewable energy system we are able to guarantee you totally free charging for your electric cars.
The property is located in the hills of the Marche region, halfway between the most beautiful seaside towns, such as San Benedetto del Tronto, and the mountains of the Sibillini Mountains, but above all 10 km from Ascoli Piceno, a welcoming city with surprising culinary traditions, culture, art and also a lot of fun. In the summer (July and August) there is the Giostra della Quintana, a magnificent medieval celebration where Ladies and Knights parade (Historical Parade) through the streets of the beautiful Ascoli Piceno to reach the field where a spectacular challenge on horseback is held. There are also other wonderful events during the year, which we have decided to make you live as "experiences", organized by us in the structure, such as in autumn the grape harvest with wine tastings or the olive harvest, in spring the walks organized with our bicycles both in the nearby villages and by the sea, in winter we will delight you with culinary experiences of the Ascoli traction.
