”Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. ”This is a fantastic, clean, quiet place in Murano. We stayed at a few different VRBOs in Italy where we had issues with hot water. But here, my family of 5 were able to take hot showers and use the washer as well. The beds were very comfortable. And communication with host was very good. One thing for potential guests: You will have to factor in the cost of travel from Venice to Murano. ”This is a beautiful house on a beautiful island! We toured all around italy and Burano was our favorite place! The property was very clean and modern and the owner went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and even helped us arrange transportation back to the airport. Helpful staff, laundry and breakfast available for considerable price. 5 minutes from the train station. Bus for Venice leaving from the next street and train also available. Takes 15-20 minutes. ”

”We used this hotel standard suite during our honeymoon trip to Venice. There were issues what kind of suite we get but those were quickly resolved by friendly stuff and we got what we paid for. Service is good but hotel rooms are a bit out dated, would need some fixing here and there. Overall impression was positive, good hotel near those famous places surrounding San Marco square.”
