”This place was a horrible experience. The night before we arrived the owner messaged us saying that something went wrong at the property and switched where we were going to stay. When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting. We messaged the owner to ask for a refund seeing that the new location wasn’t what we paid for and it was disgusting upon arrival and they were no help to us only telling us that “the sheets were professionally...

”We used this hotel standard suite during our honeymoon trip to Venice. There were issues what kind of suite we get but those were quickly resolved by friendly stuff and we got what we paid for. Service is good but hotel rooms are a bit out dated, would need some fixing here and there. Overall impression was positive, good hotel near those famous places surrounding San Marco square.”

”Das Badezimmer ist äußerst winzig und der Boden gehört vielleicht öfter mal aufgewischt. Dennoch ist die Anlage sehr gut durchdacht (Codes zum Öffnen der Tür, etc.), großer und sehr schöner Aufenthaltsraum und die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Accademia aber sehr gut gelegen. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder mal 😀”
