Ride furnished bikes to the intercoastal Legacy Trail a qtr. mile away. Less than 10-minute drive to downtown Venice or beach, 20-minute bike ride. Located on quiet street with protected canopy trees. Spacious rooms, 3 walk-in closets with the master bedroom opening to the Florida room. Large lot on a quiet street with a space to park your boat and your car in a garage! 2 bedrooms with private baths. Florida room can be closed off and used as 3rd bedroom with queen sleeper sofa.
Beach ⛱ chairs, towels, beach umbrella, coolers, sand sifter and other beach toys all supplied for your relaxing beach excursions only minutes from several beaches. Enjoy reading a book on the beach with the relaxing sound of waves.

Spring escape

We rented this for our son and his family who came to Venice to visit us. The kids are ages 4 and 13. Very spacious layout. Convenient location. Well-equipped. Good value.

Open floor plan, private back yard, 2 bikes, the most generous host we have had, with extra items for kitchen and for fixing things. You have to buy your drinking water. We recommend this house for 2 to 5 people. Loved it.

Perfect vacation in Venice Florida!

It is a very lovely and beautifully decorated house in a extremely quiet neighbourhood and only a few minutes from the beach! The house is roomy and very well equipped and nicer in reality than in the pictures! We arrived only a week and a half after hurricane Milton hit the area. Jeff who is an amazing host really went above and beyond to keep us informed of the situation and making sure that everything was up and running before we arrived. He even had a "plan B" for us in case the power would still have been off when we were suppose to arrive! This was our 5th stay at an VRBO house in the US and Jeff is by far the best host ever! He also kept in touch during our stay which always is nice! Our stay in Venice was perfect and we will definitely stay here again. Veronica and Johan from Finland

Great Location

Great place

The house was great. Very roomy which we needed as we were there two months. The. Location is excellent. It had every thing you needed and more. We tried to rent it for next year but it was all ready rented. I cannot recommend this home any higher just a great place. Ada bonus Jeff the host was outstanding !!!

16 nights of bliss!

My dog Winston and I stayed from 2-10 - 2-16. Overall I was pleased with the house as described. It’s an older home in a quiet neighborhood (occasional dogs barking), safe and close to shopping. Your a short bike ride to downtown Venice and the pier. I guess my only minor complaint is I could never get comfortable sitting on the living room furniture. Granted I don’t have the best back, but I need a little more support. Overall, the dog and I enjoyed our stay here and would come back if we’re in Venice again.

The best house rental we have had.

House is open, bright and brings the tropical outdoors inside. Love the floor plan and large windows as well as the jungley back yard. Very private. Almost all cooking supplies and spices, paper products are there! (Never had that before. I replaced what we used,) Live oaks, squirrels, bikes!, birds, palms, flowers. Owner Jeff is great to work with.

Effortless

The place was spotless. It had absolutely everything we could ever think me might need. It was a pleasure to come back to every day. The location was perfect for us, just 15 minutes from family who live in Venice. The house had so many spaces to “be” for reading or just hanging out and each one was pleasant. It was a good Choice for us and for anyone coming to the area.

Living in Florida I didn’t want to do a hotel for this trip. I came for six nights with a couple of friends for a sporting event. So, we didn’t do the tourist stuff as we live in the state. This was all of our first time doing a VRBO. The host was responsive and the property immaculately maintained. There were 3 of us. The one room had a second bed which could’ve easily fit another person and two could’ve slept on the couches if the party was large enough. It was definitely nice not having to eat out every night being on vacation and not worry about who is open in order to get morning coffee. The host does have beach towels, chairs and other necessities easily accessible for the guests. Next time I’m in Sarasota County for vacation or an event if this property is available I will return.

Too far to beach

It was a nice house and the decor was appropriate for a Florida vacation home. It was too far from the beach. The neighborhood trail was close and easy to bike or walk. Near by grocery stores. Overall it was nice just wasn’t what I wanted in a vacation spot others may really like it. Many accommodations at the house and friendly neighborhood

Stocked and Ready to Go!

Everything we could think of was already in the home and accessible. It was so nice to just get the key from the lockbox with no hassle. Pluses were: stocked kitchen, laundry, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, shelling, face masks, etc. The location was perfect. The open concept makes it perfect for families. Plenty of seating and tables for eating and games.

Beautiful Home

This home was exactly as it is listed. Pictures did not do it justice. More beautiful in person. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed from the kitchen to linens and there were plenty of beach chairs, towels, and items for the kido's to take to the beach. The neighborhood was very quite and peaceful. We truly enjoyed it, our group had 4 adults and 1 child and everyone in the group loved the house. It is close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. I have family in the Venice area so we spent a lot of time with them. Overall, great location, beautiful home, quite neighborhood. Only thing I would do different inside the house is, add a half bath so that when guess stop by to see you they do not have to go through the bedrooms to use the restroom. Will definitely be returning in the future. Excellent home to stay at.
