Dear Guest,We are deeply sorry to read your disappointment relating you recent stay with us, probably generated by a misunderstanding upon your arrival.Your reservation was made online for a Double Room for 2 persons, but upon check-in you were in 3 persons.This is the reason why we had to change the room originally booked, as for legal reasons it was impossible to accommodate the three of you in a double room.Our triple rooms were already sold so we had to offer you an upgrade in a Suite, the only solution suitable for you to avoid you to pay for a second room, much more expensive.The room you mention is our Bloom Suite, one of our newest room, elegantly decorated with venetian marble floor and Murano chandeliers, a private terrace/garden and an enchanting view on the canal.We can absolutely guarantee that the room is on the opposite site and different floor from the kitchen; we apologize for not having showed you the room before, but actually it was the only alternative available for that night.Please also allow us to say that the supplement of 100 Euro per night (than lowered to 50 Euro to meet your requests) was a really good offer considering that it was for the upgrade of 2 room categories plus the extra fee for the third person.We offered you the opportunity to change room the day after, as in the afternoon (around 17.30-18.00) most of guests were already checked-in, but you preferred to leave after one night.We have done our utmost to try to find a way to fulfill your wishes, and we regret for not having been able to live your expectations in the occasion.We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in a future.Best regards
