It's a basic hotel with a very good location between Piazzale Roma and Accademia. Breakfast was good in Italuan standards. Wifi very unstable. Cheap eateries on the same street.

Nice basic hotel
Over night stay on a business trip. A bit old basic hotel, located in quiet area, helpful staff, very simple breakfast, quite expensive like everything else in Venice..

Cute little hotel in the center
A very nice and comfortable experience. Excellent location near the center but far enough to avoid the largest crowds. Clean room, bed and towels, AC highly appreciated. Only negative about the room was that the double bed was made of two single beds resulting in a gap in the middle by morning. Nice, polite, english-speaking staff present around the clock. Lovely inner courtyard to have breakfast in, tasty coffee but otherwise breakfast was a bit meh. All in all recommendable!

Hyvä sijainti, kotoinen pikkuhotelli
Erittäin tyytyväinen hotelliin. Kävelyetäisyydellä juna- ja bussiasemalta (10-15 min) sekä 2 min kävelymatka Vaporetto pysäkille (San Toma), jolta pääsee Markuksen kirkolle ja aukioille nopeasti (10 min). Kotoisan kapean pikkukadun varrella, jossa ravintoloita sekä pikkukauppoja. Perus aamupala kotoisalla sisäpihalla tai sisällä. Siistit huoneet ja uusitut kylpyhuoneet.

Sijainti hyvä, siisteys ei niin hyvä..
Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Aamupala oli myös erittäin hyvä. Suurin osa hotellin henkilökunnastakin oli mukavia.. Huoneen siisteydessä parantamisen varaa. Kun saavuimme huoneeseemme, lattioilla oli roskia. Ja ne roskat olivat lattialla koko matkan ajan, eikä pyyhkeitä tai petivaatteita vaihdettu kertaakaan..

Nice location, nice hotel
Hotel had a very nice location near a vaporetto stop, a few good restaurants and a bar close by also. Friendly and nice staff. No complaints.

L’ hotel è situato in ottima posizione per spostarsi facilmente in città. Io nel complesso l’ho trovato comodo in tutto e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Se tornassi a Venezia ci ritornerei senz’altro.

We only stayed one night but the room was clean, comfortable, and in Venice proper so the location was great for walking to all the sites.

A small quiet hotel that is still very convenient to get around historic Venice. The only negative was the size of shower. It is so small I had to squeeze in so good luck if you drop the soap. The hotel also provided a nice Italian style breakfast buffet which was nice to start the day.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious downstairs every morning . No elevator so the front desk let us keep our bigger luggage that we did not need downstairs locked up in a room over night and in the front spare room during the day when front desk open .

The staff were really nice and it was properly downtown. Might not be a super new hotel but it what makes really pinturesque. It has a small patio on the inside where you can chill a little bit after a long day walking. Recommend it ☺️

I enjoyed the location making it easy to walk to some sights and being near a vaporetto stop. The breakfast was nice having a few options.

Tivoli Hotel made my time in Venice very nice. The hotel itself is located close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to many different attractions or water taxi. The room met all of my needs for the trip and the hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast every morning was an added treat.

Small family friendly hotel. The breakfast was great and it is served until 10:30am, it has a little bit of everything. They made us an espresso shot along with our coffee. Very clean, even smelled like bleach when we arrived. It’s safe with a locked door to get in.

Staff was great and accommodating. Rooms and furniture definitely need’s upgrade. Management definitely needs to provide more soap and shower gel for price they charge per night. Breakfast was really good, freshly baked croissants and pastries were delicious. Overall I would definitely recommend but keep in mind second floor is really the third.

Toppen hotell, rekommenderas
Toppen läge,rent o fräscht. Litet personligt hotel, vänlig personal, tyst rum mot innergård, sköna sängar, bra tryck i duschen. Jättegod frukost, fanns både skivat bröd fullkorn o färskt bröd, kokt ägg, yougurt i små burkar eller stora till tallrikar o flingor, olika sorters bakverk o små pannkakor. De fyllde på så fort det tog slut. Gott kaffe, med kall eller varm mjölk. Goda juicer, favorit blodapelsin. Fin innergård där man kunde äta sin frukost om man inte ville äta inomhus. Tryggt område, mysigt. Nära vaporetto (ta till vänster och gå 50m =husvägg (liten gul skylt på väggen ), ta till vänster smal gränd. Kommer till en kanal gå till vänster över en bro sen 20 m o skylt på hö sida till vaporetton (annars fortsätt gå 10 m så finns en mataffär på vänster sida) 10 min till buss station (när vi hittade rätt väg:) Vi trivdes jättebra och Venedig är helt fantastiskt. Släng kartan o förvirra er i gränderna. Magisk stad!!!!

Wonder stay with a friendly family to welcome you in. The breakfast was amazing with fresh croissants and delicious fresh meats and cheese! Great variety and selection. Room was comfortable, clean, and the a/c worked well, especially since it was hot in Venice when we visited. Highly recommend staying here! Belissimo!
