Casa de I Paoli is a classic Venetian home located in the Dorsoduro district, in the residential area of Santa Marta. It’s perfect for families, couples, or groups looking for an authentic stay.

It features two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a compact bathroom.

Please note: The bathroom is small and does not have a shower stall, but it is functional and bright, with a window.

Equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The tourist tax is NOT included.

The property
Casa de I Paoli is located in the Dorsoduro district, in the Santa Marta area, away from the typical tourist areas and easily accessible from both Piazzale Roma and the train station.

The space consists of:
- a spacious and bright 16-square-meter double bedroom, furnished in a classic style
- a second double bedroom measuring 12 square meters, simple and functional
- a 9-square-meter eat-in kitchen, fully equipped
- a small 2-square-meter bathroom, fully equipped with all amenities, including a shower (please note: there is no shower tray)

The apartment is equipped with free air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and heating.

Guest Access
We will welcome you in person upon arrival to hand over the keys and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Other things to keep in mind
The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur an additional fee to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

To speed up the check-in process, we will ask you to fill out a form with your information to complete the registration as required by Italian law.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
