”I had the beach efficiency with partial view of beach. It was VERY nice and clean. The decorations were nice and the view of the beach was amazing! There was plenty of patio furniture and the chairs, tables and umbrellas were very nice. Gas grills were in good condition too. I would love to return here in the future.”

”We really enjoyed the property. The location is a very close to the public beach and we had several groups set up on the private property during the holiday weekend. Luckily, the other units in the building weren't using the beach so it didn't cause a problem, but it easily could have if all six units were trying to use the beach. ”When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools.
The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you...

”Comfortable and quiet inside, and very convenient location. However, the building exterior could use a pressure wash. I also ended up not using the balcony because it directly faces a messy neighboring porch and boarded-up window.”
