”We really enjoyed the property. The location is a very close to the public beach and we had several groups set up on the private property during the holiday weekend. Luckily, the other units in the building weren't using the beach so it didn't cause a problem, but it easily could have if all six units were trying to use the beach. ”The condo itself was nice. The public area & building it was in was very rundown so that was a little disappointing. Everything inside looked just like the pictures and it was a good stay. Our only suggestion might be a toaster and we didn’t care for the air fresheners and cleaning chemicals smell when we arrived, but we were able to air it out with fans and then it was fine. ”If this location were anywhere else, it would only be a 4-star accommodation. However, this happens to have a beach as it's backyard, so the extra star is earned. I will say the property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and there was no noise or issues from the other guests. It was also an unexpected perk to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately we found the beds pretty uncomfortable and there was evidence of a big water leak on the ceiling in the screened in porch....
