You’ll have a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a fan, TV, and washing machine. The fireplace can be used with wood provided for an extra fee. Just a 5-minute drive takes you to both equipped and free beaches. Outside, there’s a private uncovered terrace and a shared garden for almost exclusive use, with a gazebo and wooden table—perfect for listening to cicadas, crickets, and frogs in a peaceful setting. A shared barbecue grill is available for an extra fee. Families will appreciate the shared playground on the property.



The villa offers 2 shared parking spaces inside the grounds. Events are not permitted on the property. In summer, mosquito repellent can be useful in this natural area and is available on request.
