Holiday Apartment "Rosmarin" with Mountain View, Wi-Fi, Balcony & Sauna

Just outside the village of Vöran (Verano), Kuenhof farm is located on the sunny high plateau of the Tschöggelberg, at an altitude of 1.450 m. Surrounded by forests and meadows, the modern Kuenhof apartments were built in 2019 and are very child-friendly, offering a playground and childrens equipment such as cutlery, amongst other things. The apartment Rosmarin consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a single bed and a bunk bed and one with a queen size bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite and cable television and underfloor heating. Furthermore, a baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. A common recreation room with a library and board games is also available for your use. The highlights of this apartment are definitely its private balcony as well as its infrared sauna cabin in the bathroom. Start your day with a delicious breakfast on your balcony while you admire the stunning view of the mountains. In an 8-10 minute drive you will reach a selection of restaurants and the nearest supermarket. Take a trip to the picturesque city of Meran (Merano), an approximately 23-minute drive away, and enjoy all it has to offer - from churches, museums and shops to idyllic walking paths and gardens. Furthermore, the apartment is the ideal accommodation for nature and sport lovers as it is situated directly by hiking trails. The Ski resort Meran 2000 is also only a 21-minute drive away (13.4 km).

On the farm there are different animals such as cows, horses, sheeps, goats, rabbits, chickens, cats and a dog.

There is a herbal garden at the property with thyme, marjoram, origano, basil, sage, chives, parsley, rosemary, peppermint, lemon balm and chamomile. The herbs can be picked by the guests as well.

Guests can enjoy the products from the farm at themed evenings.
