Not forthcoming and contradicting their own explanations. Well, this singular stay of ours was not too great because of that. It might be different with other rooms. Some of the restaurant staff were friendly.”

We stayed in a newly renovated room which was quite modern and clean with excellent spaces for clothes and toiletries which I appreciated! Also if you’re in a loft room, there is a hazardous stair to the bathroom which is right beside the stairs down to lower level, so need to be very careful at night. No night lights. Plus, the noise from other guests going up their stairs in rooms beside you is SO LOUD! Paper thin walls. And no kitchen dishes or utensils were available in our kitchen (and stove was turned off!)
