”I requested clean towels at 9 am to person checking us in and the head of housekeeping. At 3 pm head if housekeeping came to check the room and I reminded him again that we needed fresh towels. At 4 pm I saw a housekeeper two doors down and told her we didn't need room cleaned but we did need clean towels. (We stayed in the same room 2 nights-2 reservations). As if 9:30 pm we still do not have clean towels. I will not be returning to this hotel again ”

”We were pleased with the location being a short stroll to the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant. Room was clean. TV had two remotes. After working on both of them we were able to watch the TV before we fell asleep. The shower was amazing hot and strong. That was really nice. ”
