Staff were fine. I thought the room deposit was covered through Expedia. Lucky u had cash on me. Room was dirty, dead cockroach in the bathroom, floor hasn't been cleaned in a while.

The room was clean, staff very polite. Very quiet and bed was very comfortable. Would have been 5 star but the hot tub is down.

I upgraded to the hotel tub room when I got to the hotel. They were very accommodating. The lady at the desk was VERY friendly and super sweet! The room was okay.. I was not able to use the hot tub because it was really late when we got back to the hotel from the casino (the reason for our trip) ...
