”The Good:1. Comfortable & Cozy: The beds are excellent, especially in the main bedroom. Perfect atmosphere for fall and winter stays with generally good privacy.2. Beautiful Farm Setting: Beautiful gazebo on the property with friendly resident cat and dog.3. Great Nearby Dining: Excellent restaurant options in the area. Highly recommend brunch at Flat Pennies (10-minute drive). UConn's Dairy Bar is also worth visiting (15-minute drive).The Bad:1. Unresponsive Management: Communication is limited...

”Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. ”

”Exactly as pictured! Great communication from host! Parking right in front of the door made bringing suitcases in and out very easy.One thing I really loved was the digital door lock. It made the entry process so easy.I felt very safe in the neighborhood and would definitely stay there again, if in the area.”

”The locTipn was quiet and perfect for our 4 night stay. The host was reaponsive and very helpful. The host even had several disposable tooth brushes and other items in the event we needed them. It was a great stay and we would be happy to stay here again! Highly reccomend!! Buckland Hills Mall is only a 10 minute drive and the food in the area is perfect. Woodbridge Pizza gives large portions and has amazing food. Thank you!!”
