Dear George, House is located in San Giovanni in Valle, one of Verona’s most picturesque neighborhoods, just a short distance from downtown and adjacent to Ponte Pietra, the Roman Theater, Giardino Giusti, and the charming Castel San Pietro, which offers a panoramic view of the entire city.

The apartment, tastefully renovated, features a living area overlooking the city’s ancient walls, complete with a fully equipped industrial-style kitchen and a comfortable double sofa bed, a spacious bedroom, and a generous bathroom with a shower/tub and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Rounding out the amenities are safety features including a fire extinguisher and smoke/gas detectors in the kitchen and bedroom.
