Welcome to our welcoming apartment in Verona, perfect for families, couples and friends! Located near the Fair and the Hospital, this 60 square metre property offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.



The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, ensuring space and comfort for all guests. The structure has been recently renovated and carefully maintained in its details, creating a simple yet functional environment.

The induction kitchen has everything you need: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. You will also find crockery and kitchen utensils ready to use. A complete dining area completes the picture, perfect for family meals.



The apartment is equipped with a wall-mounted split air conditioning unit that effectively cools all spaces, central heating, high-speed WiFi and a TV. The bathroom with a spacious shower is complete with hot water and all essentials. An iron, clothes drying rack and towels are also available.
