A small comfortable retreat in the Borgo Venezia/Santa Croce district, one of the most characteristic and genuine corners of Verona, perfect for those who want to experience the city like a real local while remaining a few minutes from the center.


The spaces

🍳 Kitchen — Kitchenette complete with everything you need: induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (moka) and kettle. Perfect for those who love to cook even while traveling.
🛏️ Bedroom — Double bed, large wardrobe and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
🚿 Bathroom — Complete with every comfort.
Bed linen and towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer: all included, for a carefree check-in thanks to self check-in .
No air conditioning, but a fan is available for warmer days. Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.


The area
The apartment is located in Via Montorio 86, in Verona, in a quiet residential area but well connected to the historic center by public transport. Free street parking is available — a real plus for those traveling by car.
We are a few steps from the University of Verona - Motor Sciences and the Gavagnin-Nocini Municipal Stadium, in a lively and authentic neighborhood. The location is convenient both for business travelers and for groups who want a bit of tranquility compared to the historic center, without sacrificing the convenience of travel.

City Tax: € 3,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 5 nights

Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete the online registration procedure in which you must:
• declare your personal details, providing a photo of the identity documents of all guests and a selfie of the main guest, as proof of the veracity of the documents;
• sign the tourist rental agreement; • the payment of the tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the accommodation, and is 3.50€ per person per night.

In addition, in Italy we have 3kW of electricity per accommodation, so turning on several appliances at the same time (e.g. oven and washing machine) the power goes off.

In addition, if you have specific requests regarding beds, please inform us as soon as possible (at least 24 hours before arrival). For example, if you want to book for 2 people, only the double bed will be prepared, not the sofa bed. If you wish to sleep separately, note that the extra linen has an additional cost of €20.00 to be paid directly to us.
