”We stayed in Envira suite for 3 nights, as a couple with our 2.5 year old. They provided a cot which she slept so well in, despite my worries about if she would!
They provided a fabulous selection of food for breakfast, which was totally unexpected. Granola, yoghurt, meat, cheese, pates, jams, honeys etc…crackers, rice cakes..and bottled water. This was all topped up with out daily cleaning, along with fresh towels.
Robes and slippers were also provided, as were earplugs!
It honestly was such...

After a week of running around Venice and Florence sightseeing, it was wonderful to relax in the pool, enjoy the views and unwind.

”The kitchen was well equipped and lavazza coffee machine was great. I especially loved the brand new microwave oven and extra space in 2 wardrobes.
I will absolutely be back if I come to Verona and will look at Oriana hotels elsewhere
I would say the shower head was a bit loose and limescale and some corners need deep cleaning for Stains but it was excellent condition
Staff were friendly and smiley and the restaurant suggestion was great ”

”Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. ”

Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease.
Secured Parking inside courtyard within the building was a real bonus. Room enough for our rental Audi Q5 but may be not a full size SUV.
Reception staff was fantastic, friendly and waited for us at the entrance to guide us through.

"The apartment was in an old house with clearly poor air quality. The apartment smelled very strongly of chlorine, which came from the jacuzzi in the basement. In addition, the apartment smelled of some kind of impurity. Possibly mold or something else. The smell even stuck to the clothes and did not come off the first time I washed it. In the bathroom, the water in the shower spread throughout the room. The floor was dangerously slippery. The apartment was located near the Verona Arena, but the hotel itself was 500 meters away. The breakfast was average."

Luckily, the staff called us in advance to double-check whether we had noticed that the apartment was located in a separate building – we hadn’t, so we really appreciated the heads-up. Our room was upgraded to a spacious one, which was absolutely gorgeous – two floors with a beautiful view over the castle and the river. Breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and kind, and the location was very convenient for visiting the Verona Arena, yet situated on the calmer side of the city center. We warmly recommend this place!"
