”The place was immaculate, just as described, check in was great instructions were clear. The balcony view was worth it.”

”Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. ”

”The room had a damp smell, almost like mold. The bathroom was not nice: the toilet seat was broken so it didn't stay up on it's own, tile seams on the wall were dirty looking. Also there was a power outlet in the bathroom that was broken, it wasn't safe! Not good considering the price.”

We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! ”Location is less than 2 minutes from the train station…very convenient. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room and breakfast met our needs. Worth the stay if you don’t want to drag your bags…central location.”

”A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!”

”Great guest house (not a hotel!), with friendly staff. Rooms are clean, renovated, with fridge. Location is great if you have a car. It is quiet with great views to the town from the upper hill. If you dont have a car, prepare to walk 30 min to the center of La Spezia. I would not spend my days at the guest house, but it was great place to stay over nights when visiting the Cinque Terre (five villages). Price is not too cheap, and they do not accept credit card. ”Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. ”

Hotelihuoneen sijainti oli tosi hyvä junalla liikkuessa, vaikka tuli myöhään kotiin niin pääsi suoraan hotelliin. Ainoa miinus oli varsinkin aamuyöllä kuuluvat junien äänet (huone oli suoraan asemaan päin). Parkkihallin paikka oli ahdas isolla autolla peruuttaa mutta...
