Located on the 1st floor, the property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is generously proportioned and features a flat-screen television and air conditioning, with direct access to the balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a dining table, creating a practical and welcoming space for meals. The 1st bedroom is configured with a double bed and also benefits from access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 guests. The 3rd room functions as a small office and includes 1 sofa bed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, though it does not feature a wardrobe.
