”I guess this is the place to stay if you are in Amarillo for one night. Nice decor and truly different to your standard motels along the way. The Road noise was not that nice and the staff didn't stand out by being too friendly since the totally contactless process didn't work out. Not rude but not far from it.”

”First of all, the single most important factor for me when choosing a hotel is cleanliness. This hotel is spotless, the cleanest I have stayed at in a long time. ”King bed was very comfy. However, it was very hot in our room and took a very long time for it to get cool. Pullout bed was uncomfortable but we had brought a couple egg crate mattresses to help. Breakfast was not the best. I didn't care for the fake eggs and the sausage made my stomach upset. ”

”Very nice place right off the interstate. Bed was comfy, clean laundry facilities. Only complaint was the bathroom. The way the toilet was it was challenging opening and closing the doors. Front Desk person was very helpful she reprogrammed my card 4 times because 1/2 didn't work. ”

”The front desk clerks were nice, but didn’t seem to understand how to understand that “parallel parking” is what you do when you park along a curb on a street. They told us to park our Penske moving truck on the dark unlit street near the hotel, and that it couldn’t be “parallel parked”…well, that’s a complete contradiction. It HAS to be parallel parked on the street if they don’t want it in their hotel lot. Please train your staff to communicate effectively. If they don’t want customers to park...

”My biggest issue was room location I had knee replacement surgery and doing the stairs was brutal. While there very young adults in the downstairs rooms . That was a deal breaker . I would have gone somewhere else but I already paid . But the room was very clean and it was comfortable once I finished the stairs and there was no elevator ”
