The property comfortably accommodates 6 and benefits from a private garden. The spacious living-dining room is furnished with a contemporary-style sofa, a flat-screen smart TV and a dining table. The French windows open out onto the garden. The modern kitchen is adjacent to the living room. It is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Moka coffee pot, as well as a table and chairs for quick snacks. The French windows lead from the kitchen to one of the two outdoor dining areas.

The fully fenced garden features a private swimming pool, a charming shaded dining area and seating where you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset, as well as a table tennis table.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. The glass doors provide direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom also features a double bed and a single bed, as well as a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and doors opening onto the garden.

Bathroom 1: The bathroom, in impeccable condition, is fitted with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
Bathroom 2: Another modern bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

€300.00 security deposit by credit card is required. Any damages or extraordinary cleaning costs (such as uncollected rubbish, unwashed dishes, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit.

Please note:
The owners live on the first floor of the holiday home, with a separate, independent entrance. The only window overlooking the guests’ garden is covered to ensure the necessary privacy. The owners are very kind and discreet people who will be happy to assist you should you need anything.
The final 300 metres of road leading to the house are unpaved.

Location
In the heart of the Mugello region, the house is surrounded by woods, vineyards and nature trails that guests can explore on foot or by bike.

For those who wish to cook for themselves, there are several supermarkets and food shops less than a 10-minute drive from the house. To buy the freshest local produce, a weekly market is held every Thursday morning in Vicchio’s Piazza 6 Marzo (8 minutes away).

And if you’d like to visit Florence, no problem! Vicchio railway station is just a 5-minute drive from the house. Direct trains to the centre of Florence depart from here. In just 50 minutes you’ll be in the heart of the Tuscan capital, without having to worry about traffic or parking.

Florence Airport is a 55-minute drive away, whilst Bologna’s Guglielmo Marconi Airport is just 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
