The Spacious living room is elegantly decorated and it is complete with sofas, armchairs, a chimney, a piano, a table for ten people, and a satellite TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and has a beautiful reading area where you can enjoy the peaceful view of the garden. The space has a/c and heating and you will have access to a large veranda equipped with tables, chairs, and an oven for pizzas and indoor barbecues with a gorgeous view of the sea where you can eat al fresco under the stars on the outdoor patio. The fully-fitted and modern kitchen is complete with all sorts of modern appliances for rustling up delicious meals. It is equipped with a four-hob gas stove, a table for six people, a microwave oven, an espresso coffee machine, a juice maker, electric oven, a large fridge-freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, and other small appliances). The first bathroom is a small lavatory containing a sink and a WC. Here you will also find the laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The villa is also complete with its very own large and spacious garden which is fully furnished with an outside dining terrace area with table and chairs as well as BBQ, Pizza Oven and cooking area which is great for when you’re wanting to enjoy a lovely meal with your friends and family outside. Outside there is a panoramic garden with swimming pool and solarium, furnished with chairs and sun-beds.



Guest Access

Villa Equense is completely private with private parking lots. The pool is available from April till October and will also be disinfected on a daily basis to ensure it is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, as well as all of the other amenities. The Villa itself is immersed in beautiful Mediterranean nature, great for those looking for a tranquil and peaceful stay located very close to the city center by car.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• Cleaning Fee: 200€ total per stay

• City Tax: 3€ per adult per night

• Refundable Security Deposit: 1500€ total

• Late check-in: 100€ (from 8pm until midnight)
