1. Heritage Listed Blacksmiths Villa

Yandoit

”After watching the ABC segment filmed a long time ago, it is a credit to the owners to see how lovely and relaxing the accommodation is now.The Blacksmith’s Cottage is perfect for a couple. We bought cheese and wine with us as we’d read the reviews and knew a full kitchen wasn’t included. A microwave, crockery and tea/coffee making supplies were so it was perfect. The donkeys on the property were very friendly and we managed to see the Highland cattle later in the evening. Overall a great...

”Incredible stay at Basalt Retreat! We enjoyed a cozy and luxurious evening the beautiful vineyard, made even more lovely by the complimentary bottle of prosecco and warm hot cocoa. The space itself is gorgeous and so well appointed—from the fascinating books to the gorgeously-scented bath products. Breakfast was delicious: an exquisite croissant loaf with butter and fig jam, plus yogurt and muesli, all made by local purveyors. If you have time, make sure to get lunch at the lovely restaurant....

”Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. Max and Katie were so welcoming and friendly whilst also being very mindful of giving us appropriate privacy. We stayed for 3 nights with our two Shetland Sheepdogs who also had a very happy and chilled time and these guys normally struggle to chill. Everything about this property was just perfect and we also had some beautiful walks nearby and also headed down to nearby Apollo Bay for a day. We can’t wait to go back and are planning another booking very...
