”The Fairbanks Inn was easy to find and comfortable to sleep at. The balcony at the back of the room opened onto a quiet, private back yard area. The pool was set up and ready to swim, if not for the rain. While it is an older motel type property I would feel comfortable suggesting it for anyone to stay.”

Cont breakfast consisted of two loaves of opened bread, jam containers not clean and almost empty, a dozens or so of mini donuts in a tupper- ware container,,,,,,at 7 AM coffees was ice cold.
No staff available. Their biggest concern is to over charge all guests that have pets. this place has decreased in performance over the years. I will never stay there again.”

”Overall, this is just an ok place to stay to lay your head. Stayed late May for a family member's wedding. I had read the reviews about the hot water and the reply that they were making improvements to the boiler, so we chanced that the improvements were complete. ”The Theyer Inn is a great place to stay ! Everything is within walking distance. It’s a beautiful town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially a gentleman named Kim. He’s great ! He knows a lot of the history of Littleton.
