”Our Room was not cleaned on Monday of my stay. Had to make the bed and clean it myself. Complained and was told I would receive a 35 percent discount for that day. When I checked out they would not give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia. Please be certain I receive the discount please.”

”This hotel is in a great downtown location however, there is only valet parking and the circle drive entrance is not big enough to accommodate a truck. Can be an issue for unloading luggage. The hotel it's self is beautiful. It has been recently renovated and is very quiet. We ate breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was really good!!! The room was a an odd shape but nice and large. The bed was comfortable and the room had great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel....

”The East Bay Inn was the ideal place to stay on our visit to Savannah. Perfectly located to enjoy the river walk and all that offers. From the Inn it was an easy journey to see all the beautiful squares and historic sites by foot. Parking was perfect. The room was spacious and well kept. The bed was comfortable. They took care of the small details like a power charger and soft noise machine if the Bay Street traffic were to bother you (it didn’t bother us).
We would love to come back!”
