At breakfast the waiting staff provided her with her own serving utensils to avoid contamination and offered to cook a special batch oh hash browns as they were next to the mushrooms. ”This really was an excellent stay. We were a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews about rooms being tired, so we specifically asked and paid for a refurbished room (40 in total). We also had a pitch view room, which is a unique experience. Checked in at reception in 10 seconds flat, the same for checking out. Room spotless, newly refurbished, great shower, comfy bed, can’t ask for anymore than that. Just off Middlebrook retail park with loads to do ”

The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. The apartment itself was superb. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one called The Lodge. Both bedrooms were very large, with excellent ensuite bathrooms.
