Hotellin läheisyydessä oli hyvät julkiset liikenneyhteydet. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin mukava sekä avulias. Huoneet olivat siistejä, kuin myös hotelli yleisesti.

Näin rauhallisessa hotellissa en ole ollut koskaan aiemmin. Oli ihana nukkua kolme yötä ilman korvatulppia. Palvelu pelasi, aamiainen oli hyvä ja huone siisti (vaikka kokolattiamatto huoneessa ehkä vähän nuhjuinen olikin). Rennwegin asema on muutaman sadan metrin päässä ja julkisilla liikkuminen oli helppoa. Vaikkei kaupunkiin kävellenkään mikään mahdoton matka ollut. Tulisin ehdottomasti uudelleen. Ihan huippu.

Asiallinen hotelli keskustan lähellä.
Sijaitsee hieman ydinkeskustasta sivussa. Metroasema aivan vieressä, joten ei ole ongelma. Siisti hotelli, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja huoneet tilavia. Perheemme sai rahoille vastinetta.

Hyvä hotelli kruunasi Wienin matkan
Loistava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Erinomainen palvelu. Tilava huone ja kylpyhuone. Erinomainen sänky ja vuodevaatteet. Aamupalalla valikoima runsas, tosin suomalaiseen makuun sopivaa kahvia ei ollut saatavilla. Hygieniatuotteet laadukkaita bio -pohjaisia. Hotellin ohi menee raitiovaunu no 71, jolla pääsee helposti keskustaan tutustumaan museoihin ja nähtävyyksiin, joita Wienissä todella riittää.

The room felt run down with smelly carpet and one of the most uncomfortable beds / mattresses and pillows that I've come across. The quality of the room is comparable to a 2 star hotel at best. The night staff was very rude when informed that the door lock didn't open. They were insisting that I wasn't opening the door property, while it was the actual lock that was broken. The situation was handled very poorly by the staff.

金庫に財布を入れたままチェックアウトしてしまいました。施設へ連絡したところ、忘れ物はないとの一点張りで還ってくることはありませんでした。忘れてしまったのはこちらの落ち度ですが、非常に残念です。 I forgot my wallet in the safe. After check-out, I noticed that and called the hotel and the housekeeper told me there is nothing left. So sad.

Het hotel was wat verlaten daardoor erg rustig. Locatie is goed. Net buiten de binnenring en drie halte met tram naar de opera. Daardoor is de prijs lekker laag. Trein en tram op een minuut lopen van het hotel. Met een ov kaartje van €8 kun je 24 uur reizen ook naar het vliegveld.

We were upgraded to a suite. Felt so pampered like being at home but on holidays. Staff are very efficient. Price was value for money. Strongly recommend this hotel. We didn’t want to leave!

The staff were helpful and friendly, the location (near Belvedere and trams 0 and 71) is excellent. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The restaurant was good, offering an enormous Vienna Schnitzel. We suggested they make it a little smaller with more vegetables!

Huonoa: Majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
Unser Zimmer war leider nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Die Tapete löst sich von der Wand. Über eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung hätten wir uns sehr gefreut. Ist in andere Hotels der Kategorie mittlerweile Standart. Die Lage ist super. Sehr gute Anbindung zum Flughafen und in die Innenstadt. Beim Frühstück war es leider sehr voll und laut. Man könnte vielleicht den zusätzlichen Raum direkt mit öffnen, das würde es für die Gäste etwas gemütlicher machen.

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It is so comfortable and yet feels luxurious at the same time. Really easy to get to from the Airport by train. Very close to Rennweg station. We enjoyed dinner at the bar, food was tasty. We also enjoyed using the steam room, sauna and cold shower. The staff were very friendly. I can’t recommend it enough!
