Chalet't – Vierwaldstättersee

”Service is exllence”

”Sydämellä hoidettu hotelli jonkin matkan päässä keskustasta, mutta ihan rannan tuntumassa. Hotellista sai qr-koodilla varustetun lipun, jonka avulla voi matkustaa ilmaiseksi paikallisliikenteen kulkuvälineillä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”I was positively surprised by this hotel. Being a heritage building it was still modern and comfortable inside and in impeccable condition. I got a spacious and bright room in the quiet courtyard. There was even a small balcony and espresso maker. The mattress was a bit too soft for my back and the first night it was a bit cold in the room. The breakfast could also include plant-based milk. However, l loved the location a few steps from the railway station and l thouroughly enjoyed my stay.”

”Good hotel in the middle of things in Luzern. Was there just for one night for business, but everything went really well. Clean, bed was comfy, check in and out fast. It was a nice touch that the mini bar was included in the room price. There was a selection of soft drinks. Would stay again!”

”Nice location in Old Town, close to the Chapel Bridge and the restaurants near it. Valet parking was a great thing, because we did day trips in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff.”

”Very sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! ”

”Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means.”

”Great location next to shopping street. Staff very friendly. Room clean but old fashioned. Good stay for one Night but not this Hotel is not very cozy or modern. Great breakfast with good options”

”Varsin miellyttävä ja elegantti hotelli. Ja ihan kohtuuhintainenkin.”

”Balcony and breakfast were divine”

”Great location. Tiny room, much smaller than expected. Bed was not comfortable, no air conditioning, steep sets of stairs to reach rooms.”

”With the exception of the dinner, everything was good. B/F was excellent, hotel staff and restaurant personnel were great, room was clean & quiet, but the dinner (cook by an Italian chef apparently) was under par.”

”The rooms were exceptional. The honeymoon suite comprised of a large dining room/kitchen, 2 guest rooms and a very large master bedroom overlooking the water. All beautifully furnished. Comfy bed. The check-in, at a nearby hotel, was easy and gave us discount vouchers.”

”Room with the little balcony was a pleasent surprise! Helpful front desk and good restaurants nearby the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much”

”Everything is all good. Except for that the bathroom is not inside the room which is something I did not expect and know in advance.”
