The staff told us to park in a place that gave us a pricey parking ticket, then told us it was our fault. Additionally, the listing told us 3 could fit in a room when in fact it was not true. ”The room was a nice size but there was a lot of noise from in-house shows late at night. My fiancé and I both ended up with bed bug bites all over our bodies. Pillow was not comfortable. I wouldn’t stay there again. Staff were not very friendly as if you were interrupting their daily chores. The hotel is targeted for the elderly and families. The staff were not informative on the amenities available to us.”
