”Most terrible night, we got smoking room though request was for non-smoking. They didn't even tell it, we noticed it when we opened the rooms door. Could not keep window open, our room was next to parking and ground level. And we were too tired + too late to change hotel. They could have called us that there is no non-smoking room available! Room and toilet was very tiny. Breakfast ok.”
