”For an older hotel it was very well kept. It very clean and the employees were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again”

”Rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Had trouble finding thermostat but likely my fault. Breakfast vouchers were great and the restaurant had delicious food. Our view was terrible and we didn’t have a balcony but I should have asked. The pool was small but enjoyable. Same with fitness center and closed at 8pm which seems early. Parking was tight but always found a spot. Overall very enjoyable trip and would recommend to others.”

”We were given 309, but when we entered, immediately smelled musty, like backed up pipes. Went back and 1st they offered to put an ozone fan in room for 30 mins. That was unacceptable. Ultimately, we swapped out for 307 which smelled pleasant - thank goodness. Lamp above couch needed bulb replaced but that was ok. Staff was nice as always. Breakfast was great everyday we stayed. Wish they had water available all day (like coffee machine) We’ve stayed 4x and will continue to book there.”

”Value proposition for this hotel is very much tied to the fact that it’s built into the casino next door. Otherwise the rooms don’t justify the cost.”

”They yelled at me for booking on Expedia. My reservation said accessible but they didn’t have an accessible room. I need one. The front desk guy said, you never book on Expedia. I said they are sending customers like me. I stayed my visit. I didn’t shower. The bathroom was tough. The bed was hard. I didn’t like the place”

”Great stay. The room was clean and had plenary of room. One thing they need to improve is the fact that there was only one tiny trash can in the entire room. Other than that, the AC worked well, the beds were comfortable, and it was spacious. If you don’t mind the sound of airplanes overhead ( which we don’t), then this is a good option.”

The location is so charming above a brewery that we got vouchers for, very easy street parking, spotlessly clean and updated room, and a location convenient to Sedona but also so many hidden gems nearby! Had the best time, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”
