Hotelli oli sisältä siisti, aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja nälkä ei jäänyt. Emme pitäneet näkymästä, joka avautui huoneestamme, joka oli 1. kerroksessa ja merelle päin. Ikkunasta näkyi autotie, jonka toisella puolella oli ruma varastorakennus. Näin kalliissa hotellissa ei saisi olla tällaista näkymää.

Nice modern hotel with a big bathroom and large shower. The mountain view rooms are a gamble and might not be worth the extra money. Our room was on the western side of the restaurant at the gound floor. Therefore, the view of the mountains to the east is blocked and we were looking straight at the camping site nearby which is in front of the mountains so it is technically a mountain view room. Rooms on the eastern side and on the top floor may be better of.

Prenez une chambre avec vu sur la montagne. De l’autre côté la est est sur de la construction. Bel hôtel sinon. Je m’attendais à un hôtel un peu perdue au milieu de nul part dans la nature. Ce n’est pas du tout le cas.

The hotel was beautiful. The dining room with the huge floor to ceiling windows had such a great view of the mountains. Hótel Kría was everything I want in a hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was nice, clean, and convenient and the staff was friendly. The breakfast views were so beautiful and relaxing which was a perfect way to start the day! The breakfast buffet was delicious too.

Had a wonderful overnight in Vik. The staff were super friendly and the room had a lovely view. We ate at the hotel restaurant and had one one the best meals we have ever had! Again, the view from the dining area was beautiful and the included breakfast was great.

Staying at the Hótel Kría felt like a surreal experience of vacationing on different planet. The views from the facilities was wonderful. Everything, from the staff to the room, was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet options and look forward to staying here again on a future trip!

Great hotel. I just wish they had hot tubs at the facility. It would be perfect then!

This hotel was excellent for our 1-night stay in Vik. You can walk or drive to the beach nearby (Vikurfjara) which I thought was better than Reynisfjara. The food was delicious, my favorite was the lobster soup for dinner (possibly best soup of my whole trip). The breakfast was good (English breakfast with beans, etc). but also the traditional European breakfast served in all other hotels we stayed (cheese, ham, jams, breads, etc). I enjoyed the view at the restaurant.

Kria was exceptional. The staff, the location, the cleanliness. They even offer a wakeup call if you want to see the northern lights.

Great hotel option if you need to stay in Vik. Walking distance from the grocery store and shops across the street. 4 minutes (driving) from black sand beach -- very convenient. The breakfast was wonderful and included with your reservation, but I would not eat at the restaurant for dinner as it was overpriced and not the greatest.

The hotel seems to be unfinished. There is no way to get to the front door to drop off bags. There is no patio or anything on the north side to watch the northern lights - seems like it’s just not completed.
