The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and connection, featuring a cosy sitting space with a TV for laid-back evenings and a dining table ideal for sharing meals. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and socialise easily, offering everything you need — oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware. A lovely sunroom with a washing machine adds extra convenience during longer stays.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated to ensure restful nights. The main bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, TV, generous storage, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and plenty of storage, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely balcony, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

Located in the charming coastal town of Vila Franca do Campo, this area captures the authentic beauty of São Miguel Island. Once the island’s first capital, Vila Franca do Campo, perfectly blends history, culture, and nature. Its picturesque harbour, lined with colourful boats, offers stunning views of the ocean and the nearby islet, a natural reserve and one of the most iconic spots in the Azores. The town’s relaxed atmosphere, traditional architecture, and friendly locals make it an ideal destination for travellers seeking genuine island life away from the crowds.

Just a short distance from the centre, visitors can enjoy beautiful beaches, scenic viewpoints, and delicious local cuisine, including the famous Queijadas de Vila Franca. The surrounding landscape is ideal for outdoor adventures such as hiking, whale watching, and exploring volcanic formations. Whether for a peaceful seaside escape or as a base to discover São Miguel’s wonders, this location offers an exceptional blend of comfort, authenticity, and natural charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, Vila Franca Do Campo - Terminal, is just a 4-minute walk.

Aeroporto João Paulo II is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
