”We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that you could choose your breakfast from the menu to be delivered to your room. The location is really good, close to the main attractions. However, the room was not sound proof as was advertised and in fact we woke up every morning to the noise coming from the corridor. Also, the room was missing a cupboard for clothes. For hygiene, I would have liked the towels to be changed when they were left on the floor.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Etna Suite. Everything worked well, we have nothing to complain about! Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and plentiful, room was neat and bed good and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Catania. Extra thanks to car parking which worked perfectly, the car was even driven by the staff in the small parking lot which made it very convenient. We recommend this hotel!”

”The room was clean and felt very safe. The property is a little hidden away and I loved that because it was very quiet to catch a nap after the long flight. The AC was a god send in the summer heat. The staff communicated fast and clearly when I had a little issue finding the right elevator.
