âThe property is beautiful, elegant, classy, CLEAN, and the STAFF was amazing! THE BED WAS DIVINE!! Easy rest after a full day in Florence. Shopping at City Center was an easy 20min walk but there's plenty transportation right outside the door that'll take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. The Ruby Bea was home for 5 days and I can't wait to go back. â

âI really enjoyed my stay at Messori Suites, the staff was super helpful and kind! The room was spacious and clean, and even though it was located on the first floor there wasn't much noise coming from the street. The location was really good, about a 20 min walk to the heart of Florence. I'd definitely recommend this and would book another stay here!â
âWeâve been traveling through Italy in the main cities and this hotel so far has been the best. The staff made it so special, always going above expectation. Restaurant was really good for food too! Big thank you to the reception desk, waiting on staff, chefs and cleaners.

âWe had a wonderful time. The hotel and the room in great condition. Breakfast excellent. The property is walkable to most sites and close to the train and bus stations.
Most of all: The staff were amazing! Super friendly and always available to help.

Uima-allas kattoterassilla bonusta. Jos huoneessa olisi roskien lajittelu mahdollista, niin se kruunaisi vastuullisuuden kokemuksen. â

âSerena was extremely helpful! Itâs conveniently located between 2 tram stops & you can take the tram from the airport for less than 2âŹ! This place is about a mile walk from the Duomo, which is great for me but something to consider. Personally, I liked that it was a little bit away from the more congested touristy spots. The room was very clean, with vaulted ceilings and an effective air conditioner. The blackout shutters were FANTASTIC! With them closed, my friend and I did not know if it was...
âThe room we stayed in was a great space. Chocolate and welcome prosecco, yes please! The hosts were very gracious and helpful. They cleaned the room daily but there is the option of messaging them if thatâs something not desired. It was close to the train station and walkable to a more touristy part of town. â
âMy only thing I would say is no where on the check in instructions does it say to check in across the street. Loved the breakfast. Fast cab service to hotel. Nice people at desk and the lady setting up breakfast was very pleasant. â
âI did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel.â

âVery stylish, modern architecture; friendly staff, excellent breakfast and nice, if somewhat small pool on the roof. The room could have been a bit larger, too, but was adequate for two. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the air conditioning was effective and easily adjustable. Within easy walking distance of both the Fortezza da Basso Congress Center and all the landmarks and shops of the City Centre. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Florence.â
âThis apartment was awesome! Close to everything we wanted to see. Extremely clean and efficient. Having a washing machine was great! Air Conditioning was nice. â

"Beautiful and classic hotel. Timeless and very Florenze like it should. Amazing bed and bathroom. When you really need a warm bath, it is here in your room! Breathfast in a breath taking rooftop views. Made at least my visit perfect."
