Broken light mirror in makeup area, broken blind that leaves bright lights in room. Had to put jacket in window!!! Didn’t have any wash cloths and never had towel service in 3 days!! No housekeeping ”

”So the rooms had no hot water . Cold showers is never fun. The staff at the ropes course was the most unfriendly we we have some in contact with here and the pool that had the basket ball hoops had a sharp piece of tile and it cut one of the kids toes and we had to see first aid station. It was just not a great stay this time . ”

”We reserved a queen room for 4 nights. There were at most 10 cars in the lot every night. The room was extremely small, we had to turn sideways to pass each other at the foot and side of the bed. The bed was a double, my bf is 6’2”. We asked for water at check-in, there was none available, it was “locked up”. Same thing the next day. We developed a rash after the second night, my bf on the backs of his legs and on my back. We requested maid service when we left for breakfast, we requested again...
