Located in a quiet neighborhood, and just a 8-minute walk from the Delaware Bay, this newly-renovated home is perfect for a beach vacation or a weekend getaway. Take in the incredible sunsets on the bay and enjoy year-round fun at the shore: family fun in Wildwood and Cape May beaches are a short 15 min. drive away.

The house was completely renovated in 2024 and filled with new furniture and furnishings. The first floor features a living room with flatscreen TV and comfortable couches, a spacious well-equipped kitchen with large island and bar seating that is perfect for cooking and entertaining, dining area with a table for 6, and a large primary bedroom and bath. The second floor features 3 bedrooms, a full bath with shower and tub, and a laundry room and folding / drying station. House is fully air conditioned and has WiFi and a desk for remote work. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, trash bags, and laundry detergent are all provided.

Guests enter the house through the front door and will be provided with a private security code.
Minimum rental age is 25.
Parking is limited to 3 cars.
There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay. All pets must be up to date on shots and flea & tick treatments.
No parties or fireworks.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
